Shipping policy

Shipping Fees:
We offer a flat domestic shipping fee of $10 for all orders within the United States.
 Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $100.
 All domestic orders are free from customs duties and import taxes.

 

Shipping Locations:
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
All orders are carefully fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. distribution center (Phenimax LLC) to ensure optimal quality and handling.
If you reside outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our products, please contact us directly.
We will be pleased to explore a customized international arrangement for you.

Please note: Depending on the product, certain items may be shipped directly from Japan.

 

Shipping Methods
We proudly partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic deliveries.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

For certain products shipped directly from Japan, international delivery will be handled via Japan Post EMS, FedEx.
 A separate tracking number will be provided as soon as the package is shipped.

  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • Delays: During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, minor delays may occur.
  • Tracking: You will receive a detailed tracking confirmation once your order leaves our facility.

 

Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location within the United States, generally between 3–7 business days after dispatch.

 

Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
